Iranian Missile and Drone Attacks Cause Massive Destruction in Israel, Claims Defa Press

Iran’s defense media outlet *Defa Press* has reported that Iranian missile and drone attacks on Israel have destroyed or severely damaged at least 31,000 buildings and 4,000 vehicles. Citing Russia’s *TASS* news agency, the report claims that these losses highlight the "unprecedented and irreparable destruction" inflicted by Iran’s missile strikes during the ongoing conflict.

According to the report, Israel initiated aggressive attacks on Iran on June 13, targeting military bases, nuclear facilities, and residential areas for 12 consecutive days. In retaliation, Iran launched significant counterattacks. On June 22, the United States conducted military strikes on three critical Iranian nuclear facilities—Natanz, Fordow, and Isfahan. In response, Iranian forces carried out counterattacks on U.S. military bases.

*Defa Press* states that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Aerospace Force conducted 22 consecutive missile strikes on Israeli territory under "Operation True Promise III," causing extensive damage across multiple cities in the occupied regions. Additionally, in retaliation for U.S. attacks, Iran targeted the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, the largest U.S. military base in West Asia, with missile strikes.
The conflict was temporarily halted on June 24 through a ceasefire agreement. Analysts warn that this escalation could significantly disrupt the strategic balance in the Middle East, with the potential for further tensions in the future.
